Long Island is an uninhabited island lying in the southern part of Willapa Bay in Pacific County, Washington, USA. It is the site of the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, part of the United States National Wildlife Refuge System. The island has a land area of 21.666 km² (8.3654 sq mi).

Long Island is an island in Lake Superior in Wisconsin usually identified with the Apostle Islands. It is geologically different from the other islands, though, in that it is actually just an extension of the spit off Chequamegon Point. It is a part of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.

Long Island City (often abbreviated L.I.C.) is the western-most neighborhood of the borough of Queens in New York City. It is bounded on the north and west by the East River; on the east by Hazen Street, 49th Street, and New Calvary Cemetery, and on the south by Newtown Creek, which separates Queens from Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It originally was the seat of government of Newtown Township, and remains the largest neighborhood in Queens Borough. The area is part of Queens Community Board 1 north of the Queensboro Bridge and Queens Community Board 2 south of the Bridge.
